Codice etico

Our values are clearly expressed in the Group’s Code of Ethics, the official document that sets out the rights, duties, and responsibilities that our companies have towards their stakeholders (employees, suppliers, customers, the Public Administration, shareholders, financial market, etc.). The code aims to recommend and promote or forbid certain behaviours defining the ethical principles of the companies in our Group, and forms, together with our “Corporate Organizational Structure” and “Supervisory Body, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231”, an essential and effective preventive control system put in place to avoid committing the corporate crimes defined by Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent modifications and integrations.
