1990

Ladurner is founded and the group’s environmental work starts by hiving off the construction and management of wastewater treatment plants.

1992

The first water treatment plants are built, and solid waste treatment activities start to develop.

1993

Environmental remediation and laboratory analysis work starts.

1997

The establishment of the Ecoproject holding company, today’s Ladurner Ambiente, is the start of the participation and control of SPVs and the acquisition of the first company-plant.

1998

The construction and management of composting plants starts in Mira (Venice) with the first SPV, which will later lead to the construction of the composting plant of the integrated site in Fusina.

2000

The start of environmental communications and advising activities is triggered by the desire to make a direct and concrete impact on the development of waste recycling in Italy.

2001

The business involving the construction and management of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) production plants starts at the integrated site in Fusina (Venice) within an SPV. In the next few years, Ladurner Ambiente consolidates its position across the urban waste treatment sector with plants, technology and operations, and the organization of waste collection and trading

2006

It’s the year in which the production of renewable energy expands to include the construction and management of anaerobic digestion plants using agricultural sources, with the establishment of a subholding company and of SPVs (Enerfarm).

2007

Ladurner expands its range of activities to include the construction and management of photovoltaic plants, some of which very large.

2009

n addition to anaerobic digestion energy from agricultural sources, Ladurner starts producing anaerobic digestion energy from waste constructing and managing plants and revamping and implementing existing composting plants.

2010

The subholding company Renerwaste is established, and a land remediation plant is built in Sinigo (Merano).

2012

Ladurner starts offering energy efficiency services.

2015

In December, the investment agreement that in 2016 will lead to the control of Ladurner Ambiente, while still maintaining the original shareholders, is signed. The transaction will result in the collaboration between Zoomlion and Ladurner Ambiente, which starts its work in China with the construction of anaerobic digestion plants.

2017

The industrial development project to produce urban sanitation vehicles destined for the European market gets underway in collaboration with Zoomlion Environment.

2019

The transfer of the subholding Renerwaste to Snam is the start of the industrial collaboration with the Snam Group which also leads to the transfer of the organisation and the assets of the plant for the production of biomethane from organic waste..

2021

The production of urban sanitation vehicles takes Ladurner Ambiente’s concept of 360 degree “Circular Economy” even further, strengthened by the “Transphorma” project, which involves developing industrial solutions that meet the needs of the two main segments of the waste management sector, collection and treatment, in synergy with the “Equipment” and “Enviro” business divisions, developing initiatives aimed at recovering materials and energy and sustainable mobility..
